Pet portraits are always so special to me. My first portrait I did was for my dog Oreo, who passed away in 2016. My goal with every portrait is to capure their spirt and memory forever. This 8x10 portrait is great for one animal. For my paintings, I typically use an acrylic underpainting with oil on top. You are welcome to choose a special background color or leave as is in the picture you send me.
